HR Consulting Principal



What can you expect ?


In this role, you get to lead the business as a market or solution leader to achieve business goal and contribute to organizational success and support business strategies of the identified clients


We will count on you to:

Act as a strategic business partner and be a trusted advisor to the client, focus on expanding client relationships especially with the key people.
Lead large size/complex project and accountable for project delivery such as timeline, work approach and stakeholder communication etc in order to ensure the project management on time, quality and budget.
Act as a technical expert in one or more of the HR solutions or act as industry expert.
Act as key person for client relation & business expansion, this includes managing and developing client relationships, acting as the client's trusted advisor, pursuing new business development in conjunction with the Growth team, and expanding the breadth of Mercer's business
Perform as an effective leader and coach to the more junior consultants.


What you need to have:

Bachelor or Master Degree from any discipline.A Masters degree holder would be highly valued.
Relevant working experience preferably with client servicing experience and in depth knowledge in one or more of HR related areas or industry.
Sufficient project management skills with strong problem solving skills and attention to details
Good organization & time management skills with the capacity to work to tight deadlines.
