Sales Head
youll be responsible for
growing, developing and achieving sustainable sales and profit growth for our E-Commerce business in Indonesia.

Cultivating and nurturing strong relationship with customers

Managing a team of Key Account managers handling E-Commerce customers

Developing and implementing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales, increase brand visibility, and enhance customer engagement

Managing and paying attention to details in all financial related activities in order to well deliver customers P&L as expected target

Implementing channel and strategic initiatives

Collaborating with e-commerce partners to plan to achieve sales targets with the agreed terms and to optimize our online presence


More about you



8+ years of proven sales track record in E-Commerce channel

Combined experience in both brands and platforms is highly desired

Experience in selling complex product offering

Key account planning skills and experience managing key accounts is required

Commercial listening and questioning skills, ability to winning and having a "seat at the table"

Skilled in one-to-many negotiations, able to create demand for solutions by leveraging empathy and trust-based
relationships

People management experience is required

Excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa
