My dad lives there alone, so I can rent 1 bedroom (with ensuite shower and aircon) for guest who would like to live likes locals and enjoy old javanese wooden house (village style) in city center. I bought the wooden house and furniture from a village in central java (javanese call it pendopo or hall, for family room/meeting/dining), while the tiles are handmade and special order.he wooden house is old, rustic and so traditional. But the bedroom and kitchen are modern. My dad is 71, he enjoys television and gardening. My mom lives nearby too, so both of them will take care of you during your stay. I work and live in Jakarta and will only visit the house on weekend.
